A MEDIA PRODUCTION COMPANY URBAN SLED This 18 minute documentary was created to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Housing Partnership. They are a non-profit organization that has helped develop 28,000 units of affordable housing around the New York City area over the last 25 years. This documentary film tells their story through interviews with their Developers, Executive Staff, and Government Officials (including interviews with New York’s Governor Elliot Spitzer and New York City’s Mayor Michael Bloomberg). This 2 minute excert from the film tells how developers are incorporating sustainable building practices into their new residential developments.
